Once the availability of the room is confirmed, the guest can choose either to:
Book with credit card:
Send an email with a valid credit card number, expire date and guest nominative. We inform you that we will not charge anything on the card, but we will do a pre-authorization* on it, due to check the coverage of the amount.
The guest can consider the home booked only once recieved the confirmation email.
*Pre-authorization: a pre-authorization will place the pre-authorized amount in a holding-state and temporarily reduce one’s credit card limit, but it is not a transaction charge.

Specify in the reason of bank transfer “Booking for Don Ernesto Holiday Home” and the period of the journey (for example “Booking Don Ernesto Holiday Home from 5 to 8 august”
Inform us about the deposit sending us a mail with the depoist recepit attached.
Only once the guest recieves the confirmation email, his room is booked.
Book with PAYPAL:
The customer is required to indicate his e-mail address. B&B a Casa di Anna will send an invoice corresponding to 50% of the whole stay.
Within 24h from the receipt of the invoice the costumer must pay clicking on the button “Pay invoice”
The transaction is immediate. Until the deposit is unpaid, the reservation is not confirmed
1.2 Reservation via Booking.com
The guest must follow Booking.com guidelines to book a room correctly. Please read the terms and condition of your Booking.com reservation before doing the reservation.
- Arrivals and departures
Reception hours: 13.00 – 20.00. Check-out: 10.30. Any changes must be agreed with our person in charge.
Late check-in fee: If you check-in after 20.00 you will be charged with a 20€ fee.
- Formality and Obligations of the guest
The payment must be done once arrived at the B&B. The guest must show a passport or any other valid ID. He also must comply to all general provisions and internal rules.
- Tourist Tax
B&B a Casa di Anna, as established by the Municipality of Polignano a Mare by municipal resolution n.60/2017, charge a Tourist Tax of the amount of €2,00 a day for person, up to a maximum of six days.
The tax must paid separately upon arrival at the property
- Number of guests
The number of guests cannot be higher than asserted during the reservation. Any guest more will be charged with 10€ more/day.
- Room Cleaning
The rooms will be presented cleaned, with fresh sheets, towels and amenities.
Cleaning and linen change services have an additional cost
- Booking cancelation
In case of booking cancelation, the guest must send an email or call at +39 373 718 4369.
We will always charge a fee of the amount of 50% of the whole stay. If the cancelation is notified less than 7 days before the arrive date, B&B A Casa di Anna will fee the entire cost of the reservation.
In case of NO-SHOW*, B&B A Casa di Anna will fee the entire cost of the reservation.
*NO-SHOW: Guest who fails to show up for a reserved room without notifying the hotel of the cancellation.
In case of booking with direct bank transfer or PAYPAL
We will always charge a fee of the amount of 50% of the whole stay
- Causes of force majeure
B&B a Casa di Anna declines all responsibilities for issues due to force majeure causes that can cause delays or cancelations before, during or after the stay.

- Jurisdiction
Any dispute between B&B a Casa di Anna and the guest will be exclusive jurisdiction of Foro di Bari.
Selecting the checkbox, the guest states his knowledge of the B&B a Casa di Anna website, the room features, the services and accepts this terms and conditions.
